Math
We’ve spent this week reviewing our skills for adding 3 digit numbers. This is an important concept that 2nd grade students are expected to master before heading to 3rd grade. We’ve done some fun activities to help us practice this skill. Next week we’ll head on to reviewing subtracting and bar models. This will also be another great way to reinforce addition and subtraction of 3 digit numbers
Cursive
Week 12 Uppercase Letters are: Y, Z, Q, and X!
As soon as your child learns the uppercase letter that starts their name, they can begin writing their name in cursive in class!! When you leave a comment on this post, you can tell us something you noticed, something you are proud of or something you are still struggling with. Don’t forget to leave a comment so we know that you completed your homework. I loved the comments that have detail (specifics) AND followed the rules of writing!
